During the the festive season I kept getting a faulty alarm. I logged a call 4 a technician. 1st available date was 27 Dec. I then requested 4 an after hrs technician, would obviously cost more but hey, better safe than sorry. I explained to the consultant that its urgent as I'm leaving for holidays. She booked me one for 23 dec. @ 18h36 I got a call telling me the technician was on his way, and would be @ my place in 30min. I then left Benoni where I had been visting drove back to Kensington, waited for 3.5hrs, no one came. Then I called ADT and was put through a so called technician who had the audacity to tell me he was somewhere in Florida, that his GPS was broken and that he didn't know my area. I then got a call from ADT @ 22h07 but by then I had left. The next time I heard from them was on 30 Dec while @ the coast. I told the lady I was far from home then she booked another call for 3 Jan, unfortunately I missed that call but I called them back only to be told the next available date was the 6Jan, so I logged a call again this time for 6Jan @ 9am. home all day and no one came @ 13h57 I called to be told no tech was booked for me that a tech manager will call me. NO PHONECALL
