Still no feedback

I have made numerous complaints and requests to have my problems escalated... this has taken approximately a month!!! every time i make a request for escalation or for info, i am told they have answered me!!! total!!

eventually, this morning, after numerous requests to get a supervisor to email me, i get a call from someone this morning just after 9am. I asked him to email me as i dont discuss matters on the fone. and guess what... no email has been received!!! how typical!!!

Please get a supervisor to EMAIL ME!!! do not call me ever!!!
