I am fuming!!! Banks are meant to make your life easier and thats what i thought would be the case with the new Sendmoney thing that Standard Bank has introduced!!!
I had forgotten my card at home and needed cash and the only way I could do it was via Sendmoney, so I sent R1000 to my cellphone number. I didnt get any kind of notification that the money had gone through until I saw my statement and the money had been debited from my account.
Six days later, I have been on the phone all day trying to track down MY money and they say they cant help me! This is why I have moved to FNB!
