Unpaid cash amount

On the 24th August I made a payment of R1 000.00 to my father's account of which he needed on the following day to go to Cape Town. I then realized from his complaint that he didn't receive the money on his account when I even chose an option of paying the money on the same day. Up to this day I am writing this complaint not knowing where the money went. I called the FNB online guys and they said they will get back to me in 5 days when the money is needed urgently. Its not their money - its my money. I am so disappointed
