I am very disappointed in Standard Bank I called them 2 weeks ago and asked the lady if my loan had been settled and she told me YES! Now money has been taken out my account and I urgently needed the money I have three witnesses to state that she had told me it had been settled please rectify this problem and kindly put the money back into my account or I will be taking this to carte blanche and the papers, this is unlawful and dishonest I need that money urgently
