My phone got two weeks ago and since I am insured I claimed for a new phone.i was told it takes 3-4 days to deliver.i phoned today was told it was authorized and should have had the phone by now.excuses hollard gave 1. No electricity to contact me 2. Problem with supplier and also problem with courier.this is not my problem.i don't want to hear excuses... they should have backups for these.i know what I am talking about my husband is in IT.i was told I must wait.
Instead I must lose out on business as I am in sales.i have no cellphone at the moment.
What next? I demand the phone to be delivered by tomorrow or I will take it further.
