I am totally appalled at the attitude and manner in which FNB treats me as a valued client of more than 20 years.
I have sent several emails to their designated "Premier Team" and the turnaround response time of 48hrs is basically irrelevant as I have waited on more than one occasion for more than a week before I had the courtesy of a response.
I very recently submitted another enquiry, i.e. on the 28 August ref: SD1675558 and am still waiting for a response.
About a month ago I sent an email to FNB CUSTOMER SERVICE entitled "How can we not help you" explaining in detail my dissatisfaction with their Premier Team's turnaround time and even took the liberty of providing them with a solution as to how they could address this situation and to date I have not even had an apology or the courtesy of a response.
What is the purpose of having all these fancy advertisements enticing customers to change to FNB when you cannot appreciate, value, respect & effectively service your current account holders let alone PREMIER account holders?
