It is unfortunate that I have to resort to this medium to get a response from you. I sent you an enquiry on 17 July 2013 on whether I am eligible for debt consolidation as per your current advertisements. It is unfortuante that a response is still outstanding.
The service received on this matter is totally rubbish and it also does not help you having all these fancy advertisements if you do not have the resources to back it up.
May you please just say YES or NO, so that I can also move on from this matter.
