I cancelled my insurance due to financial constrain. He explain to me about the cover how important it was and how helpful it will be to me in times of need. He tried to reduce the premium but I was not happy about the amount as i got a better deal at another company. He was clear and understandable but my pocket is a problem as is now, had to cancel, had no alternative.
