I would love to pay a compliment to an agent Sharon Motau at telesure group who helped me out by giving me a better alternative on my car insurance.
She was very attentive to my problem and the reason why i wanted to leave telesure and get another car insurance, she listened to me, she asked me relevant questions before she offered me an alternative, i appreciate that so much because she put my needs before the needs of making a sale and retaining me as a customer, i am thankful to her for her help, and i am staying with my insurance because of this great experience i have.
I wish her well in her Career, i hope others can learn from her, good service is about hearing the customer first, then ask your questions and then offering an alternative so the customer doesnt feel bulldozed into a decision.
