29 July. I report my claim for damaged vehicle to Ms Barkhuizen who informed me to phone claims. Is this not the responsibility of the agent?
6 August, assessor views vehicle but only after requesting progress telephonically and by email. This is 9 days later.
I contact Ms Barkhuizen regarding the claim and was informed that she would come back to me regarding the matter later that day. This was now 13 July and 16 days later. This did not happen.
After more emails and telephone calls, to both Ms Barkhuizen and the assessors, the assessor phones me to report that my vehicle is written off. This was on 22 July. Ms Gerricke also contacts me to inform me that the vehicle is not worth repairing and therefore written off. DAY 25. Ms Gerricke informs me that she needs the original papers before they can process the claim.
I request the papers from Nedbank who courier documents on 29.08 to Ms Gerricke and assure me that she would receive the documents the same day as both offices are in Randburg. I have a tracking number which I supplied to Ms Gerricke which she says she did not receive?
I phone on 30.08 and complain because I need a replacement vehicle but there has been no response.
