I spoke to Mohammed in an attempt to reduce my premiums because of financial restraints. I was greeted with the brightest voice that I have heard in a long time and found him to be so understanding and helpful. He really went out of his way to assist and seemed really concerned about my plight.
Other call centres could take a leaf out of his book and learn from him. Mind you I have only ever had good service from this company.
