DOUBLE DEDUCTING

Please explain why you taking money out of my account twice in one month? Why when money was paid into my account WHICH WAS NOT MY SALARY my account was debited?? When I agreed to this debit it was for the 31st or 1st not the 27th /28th?? I called in to make new payment arrangements and it was agreed upon sign sealed delivered Thank you to the young lady Olivia who helped me. Why are you still taking the old amount and the new amount? Now Capetic want to give me grief about a letter I must get from you DMC to show them DMC is in error .??? DMC please provide me with a letter stating that you messed up so I can reverse the money YOU took.
