Why is it so difficult to get your hard earned money back to you? In the process of trying to encash my long term savings this company just doesn't want to give me my money back. After 10 long year of savings anf the return is not so great. they only certified documents from certain places... reasons? I dont know and I don think the agents know either. U can never escalate a call further than the call center because they "JUST DONT work like this" They NEVER give information upfront. after faxing my doc twices I was told that it has to be at a POST office or Police Station and it must be certain type of stamp which they dont say when they tell you the first time. I was warned about this company but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. BIGGEST Mistake. Everytime I interact with them I must call again because the information never comes out at one time and you keep getting different answers from agents.
