On 28 August 2013, at 13:25 I withdrew money from the STD bank ATM at fourways crossing, I got a slip saying: Transaction Cancelled - Communication time out, then I got my card back, and no money. a few seconds later I received an sms confirming the trascaction. The money is still not reflecting in my account.
I went to the Standard Bank in Fourways and I was advised that this could take 15 days... Now I ask with tears in my eyes, Why do I have to suffer when it is noy my fault?
Is this a sign that I need to change my bank?
