Unfortunately I didn't took the consultants name, but I phone the International banking department's call centre. After I held for 13mintues, a consultant answered. I explained to him my dilemma, and he asked me if I have signing rights, I said know, but wanted to ask him something else, and he put the phone down in my ear.

My brother has signing rights, and I asked him to phone the same nr, and he also said he held for 10minutes. And he also explained the situation (other than mine, because he has signing rights) and the phone was also hanged up in his ear.

I understand the whole privacy part, signing rights, but the consultant never let me finished.

So, I'm asking you, where is ABSA going? Although you are the biggest bank in the country, I will never, not even if you pay me, bank with you ever again!!!
