MUST WE STARVE TO DEATH WHEN MY MOM IS SICK!!!

My mom has been sick for 2 yrs. now and I got authority from the high court and my dad to take care of her finances. Her disability salary gets paid into her nedbank acc and I withdraw and pay her debts and debit orders in the fnb acc. The card expired now and When I go into Her branch, I'm told I can't get a new card which means I can't pay the lady who looks after her, her debts or for her treatment. They say I must wait 2 weeks for their lawyers but how do we survive with her being sick and no treatment for that long. What happens to the policies that she's been paying for more than 10 yrs. when they bounce off her fnb acc. Why did all other banks help me with my mom's ailment and nedbank wont. How do we survive at home?? Please can someone help us. Why can't they transfer her money to her fnb account then??
