I reported to FNB that I have 8 x unauthorised debit orders on my account. I have only received 3 of the debit orders money back. I was told that they cannot help me with the other 5 debit orders because it happed so long ago even though I have proof of the transactions. These transactions are so small and easy to over look on your account until I started noticing that it happened for 8 the last 8 months in a row. It might have been even longer but FNB refuses to assist me. Please help me to get my money back.
