Hi,
I have had two debit orders of R207.00 each that went through in December and January with the reference 'AIG LIFE BRA'. No policy number included.
I did not accept any policy with AIG nor received any documentation from them. AIG seems to be having a hard time tracing my so-called policy for about a week with no conclusive results.
I have reported such debit orders to the Dept. with my bank in the effort to stop such debit orders going through-still with pending response.
I am not happy with such 'business' being run by AIG and the lack of solid response from the consultants, hence I will be escalating this matter further.
I see that this is not the first time a complaint has been raised against AIG with unauthorised debit orders on this website, so there is definitely a problem!!
I have given Lindiwe Mdakane my ID number and waiting for a response.
Please cancel these debit orders and refund me the R414.00!!
