I took an insurance with budget for my vihicle on 13 January 2012 and they told me the premium is fixed for 1year but in September the premium increased when I phoned to enquere about that they told me its because I took out the cover in August but its not the same vihicle. They advised me to call them again in January 2013 to revise and review my cover they said there's nothing that they can do because the parts of my car expensive and itmust be imported. My husband took a cover with them for a BMW 1series but he's paying the same premium as mine yet my car's value is way much less than his, his risk profile it not that different from mine and we only have 2yrs age difference. I'm very disappointed by their service
