I was supposed to pay extra as of August and was unhappy because my car is depreciating, but my premium goes up. I called budget and was assisted by Riedwaan who explained to me everything and mentioned that he can give me a better price. He managed to bring my premium down and added extra cover on top of that. I am very happy that Budget is open for negotiation every year when it is time to review the premium.
