Good day,

I applied for credit online with you guys but I was declined. I called the call centre yesterday at about 11h00 but the agent was not able to give me reason as to why I was I being refused. I checked my credit report with the big three credit bureaus and there are no defaults on my name. According to the national credit act, i have the right to written reason for the decision; thank you.
