Concerned FNB client

I like to file a complaint about money that went missing out of my account. I went to the bank and did all the paper work that was necessary. It was send to the dispute department and they told me that it will take 30 days. When I went back they told me another 5 days and I am still waiting for a response. It's costing me money, because I had to take a lone and have to keep driving in to the bank to hear what is going on. It happened 03.07.2013. I am hearing nothing from them and don't think that I am getting back my money and i really need it.
