DUBBLE STANDARDS!!! NO SERVICE!!!

I was given signing power by my hubby from day 1!!!
So last year my cheque card started giving me problems so I went to the branch. They checked it telling they do not see any problems so I stopped using the card for I had my hubby's to use. So his card also start giving problems now. So I drove to town for we stay on a farm. When I got there the lady kindly gave me a phone nr to phone and I even asked her if I can phone for both and she reply Yes for it is 1 account and I have signing power.

I phone so the one on the phone said this call could take up to 10 min before answer... Whaha it was much more the 15 min!!! The one that answer told me my card was blocked?? from 2012 like I do not know when 2012 happened (the branch did not even see the block)!!! I have to drive back to town and proof myself Why didn't SDB let me know? So she said if that is fixed I must phone again!!! So I said lets get my hubby's in the mean while... so I was told I DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO IT??? so double standards- I HAVE SIGNING POWER. I work on this account EVERY DAY; It even says Hello C...??? But I must go and proof myself again at the bank?? It is time Standard bank wake up!!!
