I was told this morning that the claim of my phone will be resolved between 48 to 72 hours. It's been a day and I've phoned them multiple times just to get them to send me the quotes for the replacement. Every time it's: "we will mail it to you within an hour". Still don't have anything and I've been the one calling them and not the other way around like I was told would happen. I did however get a nice email saying that a dedicated agent is attending to the matter?!?
