My cellphone was replaced today at MTN Store with efficiency. Thank you to Thulani who made it possible for the replacement details to be sent to the store after I could not get my blackberry anymore at MTN store for some long time, due to stock not available. Thulani arranged that I get replaced with the cellphone at the Same value as my Blackberry. I am happy with service that I received after getting my Cellphone replaced.
