That's telephone sales for you. They are very quick in phoning you to extend your service plan, but fail to mention that they will not let you know when it expires. This morning I took my wife's car in and they started with the service, without mentioning that the service extension plan expired. Apparently they can't see that on their systems (Toyota innovation/Toyota??? Is that not the same???) Now I get a surprise after telling the dealer to hold on until I can sort this out, that they have started already and I would have to pay R1700.!!! This will make me sell the car and go with another brand like Hyundai.
