Debiting acct on incorrect date second month

I received 2 SMS @ 07.00 for debit orders for my loan payments that are only due tommorrow 25/01/2013. This is the second month thatd you debited before the due date without my permission. Who gave you thi right to debit my account without my permission? You have incovenienced me AGAIN to a great extent and I want compensation for the incovenience you have caused me. Why did you put an alert on my account to check whether there are funds available. This is and I am very upset about this. If you do not call me urgently to reslove this matter I will escalate this further to the media and exposed you. You have charged me interest on the money I borrowed but now you are collecting interest on my money!!! You still haven't supplied me with a valid explanation that I am still aiting for. The reasons that one of your side kicks gave me in December is unacceptable,

Don't blame computers for your own mistakes!!!
