I have arranged to have my debit order deducted on the 1st monthly! For the third month in a row, FNB tried to deduct on the 31st of the month, then it shows on my bank statement as unsuccesfull aedo collection. I have told them that my salary is only paid in on the last day, therefore my debit order for my personal loan must be deducted on the 1st! HOW DIFFICULT CAN THAT BE TO UNDERSTAND!
On 29 August 2013 my salary was transferred via EFT at 08H05 in the morning, BUT IT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNT ON SATURDAY 31 AUGUST 2013. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! TWO DAYS!
Explain also why extra money " Value Added Service fees" was deducted extra as I havent made any withdrawls from any ATMs or deposited cash! How much money do you want to from your customers???
