DOUBLE BILLED UNNECESSARILY, NO REFUND AS YET

I took a loan with Boodle, Just a little over a month ago. On the date (27 April 2013) when I needed to repay tem, my employer had not yet deposited my salary into my account. The money I owed them kept increasing, until I received the money on the 4th of May then decided to pay them on the 7th of May. I made that payment via internet transfer, I even have the bank statement to prove it as well as a payment notification I had requested the bank to make out to me as proof of this payment. The amount I transfered was R1270.35 and they deducted that amount this month again and then deducted an additional R1, 488.90, which I do not understand what for as I had no loan with them and paid off my previous loan. They deducted an amount of R2759.25 in total and I still do nnot understand what for. Please attend to this with urgency as I am now suffering a negative balance as a result and it is I again who will have to pay the fees liable for this and I do not have any more money as I still need to pay my rent and trasnport before the end of the month.
