First National Bank
Consumer rights mean nothing?

I have been trying to get an answer about my student loan interest rate (which jumped from 11.5% TO 18% FOR NO APPARENT REASON) for 3 WEEKS. Marechal and The Grove has been trying his best to get anyone at student loans to give me an answer about how long this process is still going to take as I officially have practically no time left to apply for a loan at any other bank. I had complete faith FNB had my best interests at heart that they wanted to "help me" and now I feel like a complete! It is my right as a consumer to understand my contract and why it is the way it is, does this not mean ANYTHING to the people at Student Loans?
