This year I wanted to make a loan at nedbank but was declined because they said my previous loan by them was not paid. Now this was funny because I had never before even had an account with them much less a personal loan. We found out that a person made a loan on my name in 2005 and then again tried to make another loan in 2011. Now comes my problem! I'm struggling to get my name cleared at nedbank. The lady helping me keeps on saying I must wait 7days for the name to be cleared on the system where by a letter will be sent to her from head office or something, so she said I'll have my letter by the 19th of august I patiently waited just to hear that the letter expired! She tells me to wait for another week. Now its been 3 weeks my name is still black listed and she keeps on telling me to give it another week. When I first found out that my name was blacklisted I went into the branch in gezina trying to sort this mess out, that was in march this year already... I've been waiting patiently now for 5 months! I need help! I need to pay my rent and am struggling to get a loan because of this problem! Please help me!
