spoke to a gentleman by the name of Stanley to cancel my policy. Finally got through to him to cancel the policy after a while on the call. I know he is trained to try and keep me as a client, but really... just listen to your customer... and do what they ask... he tried to convince me to stay... offering to adjustment the premium (so indirectly admitting to overcharging me for 1year and 1 month)... wanting to compare a policy with another company's... this is unethical anyway...
I had to ask him 3 times to proceed, and yet he continued to speak to me like i'm a child...
