Since July 2013 money is being deducted from my bank account for a Personal Loan Protection Plan - which I do not have.
Try to phone the company to resolve the issue without any success. Another deduction was made 29 Aug 2013. I have emailed their Customer Service Department and received the following reply: " please phone our friendly customer service department to resolve your problems. They are open between 08:00 and 20:00"
Basically what this means is that Direct Axis do not take accountability not via phone nor email
