Prishina assisted me following the first time i'd ever made a claim with my insurance and she was wonderful. She was on track, kept me in the loop the whole time and managed to go the extra mile to assist me with my claim. I pretty much had nothing to do apart from drive my car in for an assessment report. Really pleased with the service I received!
