After signing loan agreement they say it"s decline

About 3 weeks ago I stared dealing with Tumelo, after 3 weeks of sending him first this and then that, and settling most of my other accounts as per his advise and sending him paid up letters he calls me yesterday morning, to say the loan as been approved and that he will mail the agreement letter and payment agreement that I must sign, so I signed and send it back to him all excited.
He then calls me back @ 16h00 yesterday to say that they will not be able to help me because the company I work for is a section 21 company.
he then just passes it on to his teamleader sending me a email saying"I forwarded your query to our team leader, he should get back to you, or try contact him on 0113597012 or email him on [Email Removed]

The team leader then calls me back just to say there is nothing he can do and that it is company policy and I should ask my wife to apply, which I don't have.

this is really bad as after I received the call from Tumelo to say the loan has been approved I then went ahead and continued with my plans which I intended to use the money for.

know I am stuck broke and not being able to fulfull my obligation to ther party
