I applied for a loan from finance 27 on the internet.
On 18/09/2013 I received this mail: I have received the agreement all I need to do is job conformation, and the money will be released into your account,

After I sent all the documentation that they required.

I received this mail yesterday 19/09/2013
Hi,
I received your agreement and everything is in order.
The payment will be released and should be reflecting in your account by tonight or latest tomorrow morning.

This morning after no payment, I asked kobus what the problem was. He replied 20/09/2013:

I'm Waiting for your HR to email me back if you are employed and conformation,

I got impatient and asked for the managers e-mail adr, he replied:

Sorry then that email I sent was not for you,

He replied: Please tell your HR lady then to reply.

This is utterly unprofessional!!
