After a trip to the bank and numerous emails, my mobile number is still incorrect.
I have registered with Ucount and went to the bank as I was unable to recieve the PIN due an older number still being registered on the system
I was advised that this was fixed and that it should update in a few days but nothing.
I need to redeem my Loyalty points and I want to register for online/cell banking and I want my number updated.
This service is not what I expected to recieve and I just want my issue resolved
