I took my car in for an insurance assessment. I bought a demo car the day before and had it assessed for insurance purposes. The staff were efficient, effective, very helpful and the entire process was over before you could take say "Jack Robinson". The premise was spotless which gave the impression that all staff take ownership and responsibility for their part in the companies strategic objective. Well done!!!
