Claim reported but nothing done

I reported my car on the 12Th of august 2013 and to date my claim has not been delt with.. and every time i call the call centre i am being told the same stiory on what the delay is for but no one is doing anythjing about it.

they say that the reason there is a delay is because they need to check with the previous insurer but the problem is that i don't have one and i keep telling them that.

now i am still driving with a damaged car for three weeks now.
