Santam raised my monthly premium by R100 just because 'they can'. I asked them for a copy of my policy so that I can send it to other insurance companies for competitive quotes but it is now the 28th of August and after multiple emails I am still unable to get a copy of my policy.
Seriously, how hard can this be?
