On the 22 August 2013 I went to Gardens Centre to close my Cheque account. Ashleen Lodewyk assisted me not only with the account closure but my final settlement home loans query. Tokozani assisted to my home loans query and was the ONLY homeloans consultant that I have spoken to over the past months (and there have been around 4 - 6 persons I have dealt with) who accurately and competently answered my query with regards to the final credit paid to my attorney on the home loan settlement. Thank you Tokozani. Ashleen patiently assisted me with my closure requirements. Too little too late on the good service as after 20 years i closed my accounts due to bad service. None the less if I take the time to complain, I will most certainly take the time to compliment when it is due. You need more Ashleens and Tokozani's at Standard Bank DESPERATELY!
