' I AM THE ONE WITH THE COMPLAINT AND HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE LISTENING TO ME NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND - WHAT THE HECK IS HE DOING IN THIS KIND OF POSITION WITH HIS ABUSIVE ATTITUDE - GET RID OF HIM STANDARD BANK AND REPLACE HIM WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN HANDLE THE PUBLIC WITH THE COURTESY THEY DESERVE. WHAT HAPPENED TO 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT' - WHAT A JOKE!!!
