I wrote a lengthy email yesterday to all divisions of Wesbank about one of their employees who I now believe is now working in the department. I purchased a car about seven years ago reg RHY288GP after having this car close to a year, I ran into finanicial woes. I fell behind on my payments and a Wesbank employee by the name of Samkhele Nqezo approached and advised he could write off the car on their system. I would keep the car and never have to pay anything. I agreed to this as a young man who was in trouble. I soon decided to leave the country and the car was taken to Klerksdorp Joubertina to one of Sankheles relatives for safe keeping. In 2010 he went to that house and advised he was taking the car back to the bank, he never did this but he instead sold the car onto a dealership. My question is how does one do this without my id and a signed document from me giving the instruction to do this. Secondly what happened to the funds of the car as they were paid into my Wesbank account for the car. I would like this to be investigated as this and on a high level within Wesbank and makes me wonder how many other people have been defrauded by him.
