My account was frozen. Apparently Absa needs all their clients to come in a FICA accounts. I did not get any correspondence stating I should do this. I went into my internet account to make an urgent payment to my mum only to find that my account was blocked. I called Absa and they said that I would have to go ito a branch to do this. I begged and pleaded but rulese are rules. I then managed to speak to Mogadi and from the time I spoke to her, I felt calm and noticed that all she wanted to do was assist me. My issue was resolved not but 10 minutes later. Great job Mogadi, I would love you to be my personal banker but my personal banker doesnt even notify me when he is on leave. Well, I was certanly blown away by your awesome consideration. You client service is world class and your personality is admirable. Thank you for making it easy for me.
