I have on 08/07/2013, spoke to Sithembile Nxumalo-0860263 543 and emailed [Email Removed] requesting proof of policy no-0008012187, and on 03/08/2013 I email the same email and copied their customer services [Email Removed] to date no response either telephonically or in writing, secondly I am amazed at how we pay about R12.00 for SMS services for Nebank Banking Accounts (current) whilst all sms of debits/credits into one's account, actually "what is the purposes of paying for something that you can obtain a statement anytime at an ATM" as their SMS notifications with regards to the above only arrives a day later, is it not that the purposes is to promptly notify clients of any kind of activity in their accounts
