Ridiculous Ramdup at it again

Funny thing is that I have complained to Fnb about this collection agency already to no joy. To date I have waited for over 8 months for a statement. all I get from Ramdup is buck passing and what I deem to be dishonesty.

At the end of last month I made arrangments with Kieth from Ramdup to pay R1000 a month on my Fnb credit card. He in that conversation told me that he would send me the banking details and reference number via sms. No sms came. I called multiple times to get hold of Kieth still no help as none of my messages got through to him im sure. To make matters worse they do not record conversations with regards to agreements so can type anything that they like onto the computers and it is taken as gospel. I ask where is my protection?

due to his lack of response over 4300 was deducted from my cheque card because I "defaulted" although I was nit given the means to make. Nearly 4.5 times more than agreed. Pathetic and disgraceful is all I can say. Me and my entire family will be moving our accounts from fnb unless this is reversed and resolved.

Furious! - bitterly disappointed. Cant believe ive promoted fnb to do many people and got this as reward
