My son was robbed at gunpoint in the Pretoria City Center on 1 January 2013 from his cellphone a Galaxy III. He bought the phone through FNB because he has a cheque account with FNB. The Insurance Broker does however not want to submit the claim without an Invoice from FNB. My son has phoned them numerous times and receive promises that the Invoice will be sent to him.
Nothing is however forthcoming from FNB.
The last day to sumit his claim is monday 28 January 2013.
I have also tried to determine what is happening, but because of security reasons the agent is not prepared to speak to me.
I cannot understand how such bad service can be tolerated.
My question is who is going to pay for the new phone? Do we have to go to an attorney with this problem because I am definately not going to leave it there.
