How badly my bank of choice let me down

FNB offered us a final grant, with a subject to clause attached to it, for a quick sell property.
This is not allowed but no one told us this they just keep quite, and now when we do have a purchaser for our property, they want to cancel the grant.

We were asked as Platinum account holders to keep our business with FNB, now they pull the carpet from under us because I am questioning the process.
