I have an enquiry about the financial advisor Mr Abongile Mbusi who was helping me to get a policy, at first things were ok, gave a quotation for R341 per month (SEE ATTACHED QOUTATION) which seemed reasonable and arranged a nurse to the required tests but kept on pressing me for my account details which in turn made me sceptical but then decided after the good services that people say about the company so I gave him my account number. Then the results came back then he told me the premiums increased to R616 but never provide proof of why they increase so I went to my doctor and he said nothing was delivered. So I told him no ways I will pay such an amount without clarity. So he kept quite then now I receive a debt order without any policy given or signed and also agreed upon. Today tried calling him, his cell phone was off and the number they gave me for his manager Bramley does not exist. I am so disappointed with old mutual after having heard so much good things about it. Now I'm get debts for policies I have never signed for and clearly stated that I won't pay such money without reason. Only today I got a policy number 16845170. Please cancel this policy I don't want it any
